To South Australia

That weekend, on the 4^th January we drove down to Adelaide. We were hardly a week in Melbourne. Daddy has a site project to finish in Murray Bridge, South Australia n he has to report to work on Monday, 6^{th January}.

We started our journey at noon in Melbourne n reached Adelaide the next day at 5.00pm. We stayed at Auntie Ying’s house. Again, we were touched by her hospitality. She gave us her room n she slept in the guest room. She wanted us to be comfortable since we were there just for one night (pai seh).

Shannon was excellent throughout the journey!! She sat in her car seat n didn’t even fussed except when it was dark n there were no street lights. She is scared of the dark. Because of that, we broke our journey n rested in a motel for the night.

We check out at 10am the next morning n reached Adelaide at 5.00pm. Altogether, Daddy drove about 1000 km. Never in our lives spent so many hours on the road!
