Shannon's Antics

Mimi was telling me yesterday that she brought Shannon to pay her Maxis bill. On the way, Shannon saw Pizza Hut and she said:

Shannon: Me, hungry. ( we were surprised that she knows how to use ‘hungry’ to get
what she wants to eat.)

Mimi: You just had lunch

Shannon: Me want eat pizza (gave a cheeky smile n grin, hoping to have some pizza)

Of course Mimi didn’t give in.

At dinner time, Daddy and Mummy had dinner at Kenny Rogers. I ordered rice and fruit salad for my side dish.

Daddy: Shann, eat some watermelon from mum’s plate…

Shannon: fork pis... (please)

Daddy gave Shannon fork. Shannon poked a cube of watermelon and wanted to feed daddy.

Daddy: No, Shann. Daddy don’t want watermelon.

There was chili sause at the side of the plate and Shannon dip the watermelon into the chili sauce and gave daddy the water melon. Daddy laughed then obediently opened his mouth.

Daddy: Thank you Shann, but it’s enough.

Shannon, took another cube of water melon, dipped it in chili sauce and fed Daddy again.

I looked over and laugh. Shannon must have thought daddy doesn’t like his food without chili sauce. She was so happy feeding daddy...
